Silver Swans® is a programme developed by the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) It is specially designed for adults aged 55 and over. Whether you’re completely new to dance or returning after many years, Silver Swans classes provide a welcoming, supportive environment where everyone can enjoy the physical and mental benefits of ballet.

Each class is carefully adapted to suit a range of abilities, focusing on improving balance, posture, coordination, strength, and flexibility all while enjoying beautiful music and the social connection of dancing with others.

More than just an exercise class, Silver Swans offers an opportunity to build confidence, make new friends and experience the elegance and creativity of ballet at your own pace.
